Help. I have a 2005 ctl70. Recently repaired the power wire to ignition. Machine will run but have no controls.

So the power wire to the ignition was broke and I got that repaired. It will start run no problem but have 2 warning lights on. Top light and the light for hydraulic. No controls so nothing moves. Relay does click with the bar down so proximity switch is working. Where does it go from there? Did the bypass also no help. Can anyone give me an idea?
