Hello everyone I'm new.
I have a bobcat 773 with the v2203 engine in it, I'm the process of rebuilding it my self it had a bad blow by but I did a mistake I thought had sleeves but it doesn't have, I'm trying to figure it out if I need another block or this one can be fixed not many options and the ones available very expensive.
I already ask couple machine shops but none want to take the risk.

I'm leave a picture so everyone can see it.
If anyone now someone can weld and bore this let me know please I'm located in Georgia .
Also I'm considering to get a block I found on eBay but doesn't have the hole for the oil stick and the holes to install the fuel pump.
If anyone has accomplished please share your experience.

Here are my thoughts, find someone that welds cast (it can be done) then i would have it bored out & a sleeve installed, If the weld stays intact during boring u will not have an issue, once the sleeve is installed

I found a shop in Athens Georgia he told me that he was gone see if can install double sleeves.
I'm not sure if he did but he said it ready.
I send him the money for bigger pistons.
