Hey everyone,
We've been facing some tough challenges with hiring and training and recently, we came across something called Vizalogix (https://www.vizalogix.com/). It's supposed to help with parts browsing, service scheduling, and technician selection through an app i believe it's called Technician Now.
Has anyone here had any experience with Vizalogix? We're curious to hear if it's helped streamline operations or improve service request management and technician dispatch. Any feedback or insights would be really helpful as we consider our options.
