I have a Gehl SL5625 serial number 8234 looking for some info. Trying to figure out year from serial. I have downloaded the service manual it shows a factory block heater, not a real good picture of location of heater. I'm trying to find the block heater, did all of these models come with block heater? Its getting cold here.

Most factory block heaters will be a freeze plug replacement, should be near the center of the block for even distribution.
All you really need to find is the three prong standard plug that should be somewhere near the back door for easy access, probably wrapped up in a wiring loom.
That is of course assuming that noone has removed it at some point, like if it was leaking and just drove a regular freeze plug in.

No block heater on my 5625. Drained radiator and installed 1.75" Kat's lower radiator hose heater. $35 on Amazon. Fairly easy install. Heats up the engine enough to fire in the winter in Maine. May want to purchase an additional short section of hose and clamps to connect up. My rig has non original radiator in it so double check size needed.
