Hi All,

I've been using my 2014 R165 for a couple years with no problems. Recently, when operating with the throttle via the foot pedal, the RPM will drop down to whatever I have the hand throttle set at. I have no idea why it is doing this, but it's really annoying.

Usually happens as soon as I begin to lift or dump a bucket of dirt. If I set the hand throttle to high RPM, it'll lift and operate completely normal, holding the high RPM all the time.

But I like to use the foot throttle most of the time. I use less throttle when travelling to/from the pile, then apply lots of throttle while getting or dumping a scoop of dirt with the foot throttle, then less again as I go back and forth to the pile.

Any ideas? I'm a good wrench but normally working on automotive, not equipment.

Thanks,
Dan
