Anyone know what to do with the FRAME MOUNTED FRONT HYDRAULICS as seen on page 62 of the following manual?

The page number is 60 on the manual. 62 is the page count on the computer.

I'm not familiar with that machine but I would guess that it is another set of auxiliary hydraulics. Also could be for a cylinder to open and close the wedges so you don't have to get out of the cab to change attachments.

With Bobcat you can get another set of auxiliary hydraulics on the right arm and in the back of the machine.

Ok, thank you for the comment and you are probably right about the extra set to accommodate an attachment.
It only has one control valve item 10, 056429 VALVE/SHUT-OFF, so once ON, the controls must be with the attachment say in a backhoe attachment. For the wedges idea, i can see turning the valve ON to engage the pins but turning the valve OFF would only take the pressure of of the pin locks requiring a manual intervention.
