I own a terex tsr60. And it runs great all summer, but as soon as the cold temps 0- -10 the skid steer won't move , lift or anything , soon as I put in my shop and warm it up everything works, do I have moisture , should I change to synthetic hydraulic fluid, starts up great , any ideas?

This has to be a moisture problem. Water is freezing somewhere and blocking flow, perhaps a filter. You shouldnt need synthetic oil, regular hydro oil works fine even in cold weather. It sounds like you need to change out your old oil for new stuff. Check your manual for recommended oil.
