fan gearbox oil

my manual states 90w gear oil for fan gear box, cant find it anywhere. Is there a sub that can be used like 80-90 gear oil? I did find 90 w, but that was for outboard boat motors, would that be ok? Thanks again, Andy

It should be available from any oil supplier. Ask at your bulk dealer, fuel station or Walmart.

When they say 90 weight I would take that to be 80/90 gear lube.
