elect fault after gerni on my 763

i had to do the exhaust manifold so i lifted the cab dirt , oil ,soot every where so i de greased, then high pressure cleaned !!!now the arms wont go up or down when you move the paddles.!!! the motor labours, the wheel drives work and the 4 in1 opens . the drive lock or brake was removed years ago the seat switch was also removed it kept coming on on hills and rough ground now are the soliniods on the pumps that are stopping me.? do you need them as a lot of the other electrics are removed? can i supply them with 12 volts and make them release ? if not can they be removed and plugs put in ? are the manuals on disk on ebay worth buying ? are there any fuses on a bobcat if so where ? please help im learning the hard way thanks ross
 
let it be said i am reluctant to assist anyone with saftey features bypassed. but maybe can gget it safe and working. first what are the lights on youre bics block doing, if valve light is flashing 5 times it is probally bics lock solenoid . i would reccomd put brake back in install push kit.(this will take seat switch out and solve brake issues) 15 min install. second install new bics solenoid #6671025 ,but please get saftey working i had to assist fire dept extract 18 yr old from one , it was not pleasant. money aint worth yourh life. metal we can fix you not so much
 
this is the second time i have seen the term gerni, im assuming its steam cleaning?
i am working on the the brake have ordered a new one the pin was removed out of the middle./ this i can fix dont think its the problem tho./ cold water gerni only lots of degreaser./ the vavle and drive lights are flashing every 4-5 seconds they just keep flashing seat light green seat brace light green power light green . ./ next i found the fuse block 1 -- 25 amp fuse blown supply comes from the relay area and goes 12 volt when ignition is on./ wire out is a very large orange one that goes up over the motor and down between the motor and pump the harness seems to then show up at the bottom of the pump on the other side but the big orange wire is not there in the harness //.I put a new fuse in (BANG) !!! hmmm dont know if it does any thing or was ever working ./ i have ordered a manual

bics soliniod which one is that./ guide me to it if you can please i see a few sols on the throttle side is it one of them,/ cant wait to get the manual .

seat sensor push to operate kit 6717700 $ 197.90 not cheap buy can save a life

good job on adressing the safety feattures, the bics lock solenoid is sticking out horiz, the two vert on top are aux. bics (bobcat interlock control sys) consists of a stem and solenoid has plastic nut securing solenoid to stem. takes a 3/4 wrench onc nut removed should slide off sometimes they dont. if this is case grasp with pliers and deystroy if neccasary, clean stem apply never seize install new. THE PUS KIT. part # was posted as well as cost what it does is elimante the seat switch, we have some issues with these first when you sit in seat you may notice back right corner sinks, thi activte the switch (hall effect) when seat pan rusts out ,golf ball crecent wrench frozen tee shirt etc gets caught under seat , seat wont go down and brake wont release.kinda sucks; kit elimantes these you do have to have seat bar down and push one button to make it all come alive. notes on installation. use die eltric on connector to new bics block and be sure connector postively snaps into place shoud here it click. the button pop out old with screwdriver . (dont need to remove panel) pop new one in dissconnect seat switch or traction lock override wont work, 15 mins. money well spent . on bics lock out there is a kit that has a stem and solenoid . so dismantle before parts run to ensure stem isnt hosed.

sorry missed the drive light i assume the brake. most likley the brake solenoid is smoked. make sure to replace relay at same time or you will smoke new one. the way this works is there are two windings in solenoid , one heavy one light. this is pull in (the CLUNK) hi amp draw then voltage drops out and the hold takes over, less heat etc . thats why three wires eiset check is two test lights one comes on than off (after clunk other stays on.

well today, a different approach , i followed all the hydraulic lines from the pump to see what feeds what ( who designs this shit) seems like more pipes and hoses than thing to operate , any how testing each point as i go i can across a sad wire on closer inspection total fail./ so i removed the stuffed piece of wire and put in a new bit and./ we have a winner!!!! next project park brake.//// thanks all for input
