My drive motors on my 632 are Char-lynn, numbered 109 1052 004. I cant find these at any hydraulic parts supplier. I can find 109 1052 006 though. I know the 006 is an engineering code. Are these the same motor???? Does anybody have a great place for motors? (read cheap) Would used motors be worth installing? Do I have to remove the hydrostat to get the old ones out, new ones in? Lots of questions I know, thanks for any advice you might have.

why do you want to change out both travel motors , they very seldom fail as far as the hard parts , the seals are what go out
The seals are out, but as we use this machine every day, I cant have it down long enough to rebuild motors. Its gotta be tear it down, and slap it back together as quickly as possible.

once the motor out , it takes about 30 minutes to change the seals , whole job about 3-4 hours , did you price new motors I'd guess $500 or more each , rent a machine for a day

I wasnt sure how hard it'd be to rebuild the motors. The insides of a tractor I know, a skid steer not so much. Bobcat dealer led me to believe replacing the seals wasnt a real option. Cheapest motors I've found were 600. 3-4 hours?? i take it you don't have to pull the hydrostat then? I wasnt too sure whether you could do it or not. Besides a set of seals, what else will I need to replace in there?

There is one o ring that goes over the end of the motor housing that usually doesn't come in the seal kit
