Check the 5 amp fuse in the engine fuse panel. It is the second from the bottom on the fuse block closes to the engine. More information is needed. Does the loader start and are the foot pedals locked or free with the key off? If the pedals are locked will they operate when you sit in the seat, fasten the seat belt and turn the key switch to the on position? There are several sources of power to the panel. There should always be on wire with power from the 5 amp fuse. When you sit in the seat power is sent to the panel, when you fasten your seat belt power is again sent to the panel. You can remove the panel and see if you are getting power to those three terminal with the key off. They should be terminals 4, 11, 14, all in the same connector. If you turn the key on you should have power at terminal 12 also.
