Hi to ya'll, Recently I purchased an old backhoe attachment. It was built by Davis mfg. and at the time a sub-division of J.I. Case. This attachment was built for a Bobcat (not sure what series) as there is enough of the original hook-up placard to tell (reference to Bobcat, Bobtach, etc.). I have been searching the internet for info on it as it needs a lot of work. New attach arms, etc. It anyone has any pictures, manuals, history, or any other info on this unit, I would certainly appreciate hearing from you. My best guess is that this was built in the sixties, but I am not sure. Thanks, John

I;ll get back to you later, if that is the d100 davis I think I have the manual.

I just sold mine this summer. If I were to do the mounts over, I would use an adjustable linkage similar to the ones used on a 3 pt hitch. They way I did mine was solid and worked fine, but it was not as fast to attach and disconnect as I would have liked. If the attachment was set down on uneven ground it could be a pain to get connected again, this is where an adjustable linkage would help.
