CT322-How to manually raise boom and bucket

Can someone tell me how to manfully raise boom and bucket so I can lock in the up position? They are currently locked and I can't raise cab to get get access to control valve. F9H9 is the code that came up. Thanks for any help.

Worst case, you can crack two hydraulic lines to a cylinder and use a chain to lift it up, it will be messy as the oil comes out..... Ensure you put a jack under the rear of the machine as they tend to try and tip backwards when you do this.
