Coolant gauge on right hand panel not working properly marking when it wants to has this happened to anyone’s machine ?

What model machine? if it's the round style gauge, it will be the sender or gauge

Is a s220 with a panel and the temp gauge is built in the panel unit .
Sadly i can't help more than suggesting to replace the sender, the gauge is part of the manel and you can't just swap it out.
When you start the machine, does it max out then return to the cold position? If so, it means the gauge its self is working, but either the sender or controller is the cause of the issue.

Yes it will do it sometimes then sometimes it never moves I’m thinking the panel is going out when I disconnected the sender it gave me a code and when I plug it back the code goes away on the right side keypad

earlier in the year there was a guy who found a company that redoes the bobcat control boards and warrants their work. As I remember they were reasonable . maybe do a search and you can find that post, the symptoms that you describe sure makes me think bad ground, but bad board sure can be too. good luck
