753's with BOSS have a code reader /monitor , I had one for years , tried to sell it on this site once and couldn't , wound up throwing it away , it used cartraiges like an old atari game , and each cartraiged covered a couple of models , then serial numbers came into play and really messed that up as you needed to buy new cartaiges and finally cartraiges were no longer available ----------it was not worth the money , you had a tachometer , temperature and pressure sensors , it would list codes and do a little troubleshooting and it would store the hour mark of the fault codes , this function was good for rental houses as I remember a customer who burned up an engine while on rent , from reading the code I found he had a stupid number of shut downs back to back , come to find out they were pouring concrete and didn't want to stop , the coolant belt had broke and when the machine would shut down they would restart and run for 30 seconds or so till it shut down again , over and over till they fried it ----------------the software they use in the new generation of machines is not sold to the public , in fact Bobcat doesn't even want you as a consumer to even see the diagostic charts for different codes , which can be printed out from the software , as on the bottom of every page that is printed it states , something to this effect " To be viewed and used "ONLY" by authorized dealer technicans , and not given to the customer"
