Thanks, Brian. I've got a neighbor who has a T340 and his has been down for almost a year now. He paid a Case dealer mechanic thousands of dollars to come out and fix it, but the guy couldn't find the problem. He told Jeff he needed to buy a complete wiring harness and install it. Besides buying it (used), he paid Case something like 8 grand for their service call, which was a couple of days, and now he says they're telling him a new harness will be 6 or 7 thousand for the part alone, not including installing it. I feel really bad for the guy. I told him when we met 5 years ago when we both bought our acreage next to each other that I rent any heavy equipment I need because I work them hard and I'd rather let somebody else do the maintenance. I'm always busting a hose or fitting, and although use skidsteers and mini excavators pretty often on our 43 acres, I don't want to have to deal with the expensive repairs and maintenance. I rent from a local tool rental place and the 10% for "insurance" is worth every penny.
