Works great going forward but right side won't back up. Belts are super tight when engaged. How do I fix this?

The circled part is a check valve. Each pump has two (one each for reverse and forward). It is possible that it isn't seating properly, or that the o-ring under the end cap is leaking by. Do you know if the drive motors are original?

Yes they are I bought it new. It only has 468 hours
