Bucket won't lift/tilt or move

i put a hydraulic filter on my bobcat and now it won't move tilt or lift or move. It will move when I push the traction lock button. It's a 2001 753 C cerise. I spilled a bit of fluid on my wiring harness and couple of plugs. Any ideas? If it's air, how do I get rid of the air

Make sure it is full on the dipstick.
