From other discussions, I saw of people having the same issue with this particular model a newer, modern pressure relief was put in however it does not have the tap on it going to the high flow so with that being said, the machine will run and function properly, except there will be no high flow hydraulics because they are no longer protected so they cannot be activated My question is that line that comes off that original valve what do I do with that? Do I simply cap it or can I somewhere down the road plumb another pressure relief valve to that protecting the high flow so I can run them ?
This is the original valve, which is no longer available
Since you have the valve and Bobcat no longer handles it (if they ever did) perhaps a GOOD hydraulic shop can come up with a replacement or possibly rebuild yours. Bobcat didn't manufacture that valve; someone else did; and likely other equipment used it also.

For now what I’m going to do is replace it with the valve bc has but it’ll eliminate my HF, not the end of the world .. down the road I’ll either try to find a replacement or plumb a prv into the hf side, T in coming off the hf side of the pump and have the prv dump into a T at the HF filter on the return. That should work fine

Definitely a head scratcher on your machine. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try a regular PR and eliminate the HF (unless you're planning on running attachments requiring HF). That's what I would do to try and find the problem.

I grabbed a regular prv today, the sense line coming to the original dual prv from the HF, can I just cap that line and use it without the hf that way ?

I don't see any harm giving it a try but my machine is not an H. Frustrating to keep trouble shooting but sooner or later it's going to show itself.

Yes it has, when I changed the lift prv I was going to change this one at the same time but being no longer avail stopped that
I’m going to take the original to my local hydraulic shop and see if they can service and pop test it. That valve is able to be taken apart, who knows maybe it can be rebuilt

My personal motto is "it's already broken, I can't hurt it". I have found that "air solenoids/valves" are just so darn sensitive when they give trouble a replacement is necessary. Even if they look okay and move easily, for some reason they just don't like attention. Hydraulics have more clearances and the seals availability will be the issue. Most hydraulics are available as only rarely are they "proprietary" items. Good luck and keep digging.
