Broken Dipstick Mustand 940

My dipstick broke at the rivets leaving the lower section in the engine Has anyone experienced this and tips to get it out? Also a part number for the replacement (surprisingly hard to find on google) or the length so I can make a new one. Bad design. The engine is a Yanmar 4TN82E. Thanks in advance!

I think the only way to get piece of mind is to pull the engine and drop the pan, I think you would probably never get lucky enough to grab it with anything (magnet maybe ) and drag it out the oil pan drain. but it might be worth a try.

I was thinking which for me is dangerous hahahaha but if you can borrow one or you buy one try using a bore camera to pin point the broken stick before you try to use a flex shaft retrevial magnet. you never know , i have gotten lucky once.
