940 Mustang Runs stalls then starts again

Hi All
My Mustang 940 starts idles well but then if you creep the revs up stalls . It starts again straight away after about 2 revoutions of the starter motor ,idles well then does the same thing. I have had trouble with it previously stalling but normally if i bleed it the issues go away and i get many hours of running. Is there something obvious i am missing ?

make sure the fuel supply from the tank is flowing good, this is done by removing the hose at the supply pump, its gravity flow from the tank to the pump then goes to the filter, also change filter if it hasn't been changed recently
