I'm in Aus, Queensland. Mistry where mine went to! I may be able to get one from the dealer however they don't seem to be interested in the older machines.
Try amazon. Readily available there in the US. I have a new rule after replacing caps and filters a couple of times. Caps and strainers need to be set on the machine when servicing. Not the tires.
I got one off of Amazon but the vents were around the perimeter of the base (not allowing it to breath)….several 1/8" holes in a circle on the bottom and boom!!! Bob is your uncle.
