Brake problem

I've recently had my brakes rebuilt and have gotten about an hour of use out of my 240. Both sides function properly in reverse, but when I try to go forward the left side locks up on me immediately. I have the tires off the ground and the right side functions properly in both directions. Not sure were to go from there. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure why it would be a problem is only one direction.

Thanks Ken, already have a manual, this problems driving me nuts. It appears like a brake problem because the wheels moves about 1/4 inch before locking up in forward only. HELP
