Bobcat T200 keypad failure

I have a 2001 Bobcat T200. The keypad went dead. The screen will not light up. I purchased a keypad instead and now getting a 3404 code. From my research i need to do the down grade procedure on the keypad controller but it's completely dead. Any advice before I take it to the dealer?

So you had an RH display but instead of replacing it, you bought a Ignition switch with key? Do I have that right?
If that is the case, you have to bring it to a dealer that they can downgrade the software. That is so because otherwise everyone could steal these machines.
It is dead because it will not correspond to the controller right now out of safety reasons. They did not tell you that when you purchased the panel?? Where are you located?
