Bobcat Skid steer-(T770) -No comminication to main controller -(Code : R7404)

There's an issue with a Bobcat skid steer-(T770) machine. Gateway controller shows as no communication on the display. After putting 2 new controllers it's the same. The machine doesn't start as well. Put new fuse, relay, original battery and check the wiring harness connectivity and there were no issues in them. All the other controllers got updated.

Should the gateway controller be plugged to the machine to update it? Or on a bench?

We purchased the controllers from Dubai through a bobcat dealer. One of their technicians came remotely and programmed it. Only the gateway shows as not found in the analyzer tool and machine display.
If there are anyone else who's had this problem please give a solution quickly...!!!!!

Did you ever find out the problem? I have a similar problem with an A770. My controller will not connect with my machine. It says communication error. I have the same bobcat tool and software saying the same thing. It is riving me crazy.

I recently purchased a 2024 Bobcat E40. It's got about 105 -110 hours on it. 4 days ago, my console displayed an active alarm for no communication with main controller (R7404). It's under warranty but they've already replaced the console and the main controller, no luck. I got a machine with the depth check system since I work alone quite a bit. I don't know what the issue is but its going back until its fixed. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Most likely an issue with the can bus system
