I would start on craigslist, then ebay, then the dealer ($$$).
You also could try one of the equipment salvage yards down south, but I have not had too much luck there.

Check Ebay as well . They are hard to find as once you have one most people want to keep it !

the doors are few and far between. if you need something before you find a door, try this. go to a place that sells thick clear plastic on a roll (linen n things). get a few yards and trim it so it's somewhat bigger than your cab. then look on ebay for 24" magnetic tool holders, i think they are around 12 bucks each. i layed a few inches of plastic on the roof and placed one tool holder over the plastic. then drap the plastic down and tool holder both sides (by the cab handles). total material was less than 100 bucks to do the inside and the front door. any time i need to get in, i just take one side tool holder off and slide in and put it on some excess plastic on the inside. works great in the winter and keeps the seat dry all year. i look for doors all the time but just very few $$$ out there in my price range.

Try Sims Cab Depot, they have doors for most major SS brands. Tom
