Bobcat 853 - Auxiliary hydraulics not working - switch doesn't light up

I am trying to help a friend fix (1995-ish) Bobcat 853. Everything on the machine works, with the exception of the auxiliary hydraulics, and rear stabilizer bars, which I believe are also controlled by the same circuit. There are two LEDs on the AUX Hyd control panel and a button to activate them, but when we press the button nothing happens - neither LED comes on. It is my understanding that the Auxiliary hydraulics circuit is controlled by some sort of PWM module which is a common failure point, along with some sort of diode block module, which I believe is located under the seat. I have checked the PWM fuse (both sides) with a test light and that is OK, but I am not sure what to do next. I would appreciate any and all information to help troubleshoot this issue. One other thing to check is the actual switch to enable the aux hydraulics. I assume you have the style with the button on the left side on the pillar?
You can disconnect it from the harness, it has 3 or 4 wires, so you'll need to fiddle to see if you can find the correct wires for the switch, the other two are for the led to say i it's on or not.
If you find that the switch is indeed good, you're on the right track, the control module under the seat. Trace the wiring to ensure you're getting power to it from the BICS box.
