Hello, Brand new here and looking to buy a skidsteer for personal use around my property....landscaping, bush removal, etc. Have come across a used 763 that has only 700 hrs on it and has been used around a ranch for moving bales with the forks, and some ground work. The lady selling this is in the middle of a marital split, and doesn't know too much information other than it's a diesel and in good condition. Can someone tell me, or point me to a source for info on this model....engine size, year of production, any pro's aand cons of this model, HP etc etc.....also things I should look out for should I go to view the machine. Thanks in advance for your help. Go to www.bobcat.com and look for a section called "historical specs"
What year is it?
99 and newer have triangle shaped head lights and are "G" series.
There are C and F series as well with rectangular headlites
763s are rated to lift 1500 lbs and 3000lbs is the max or tipping load point
They have a 46 hp kubota diesel engine, hyd flow is likely mid teens gallons per minute, increasing slightly as the machines became newer.

I have an 01 763G. If you're looking for complete specs on the machine, go look at it, and on the left side lift arm (from behind the machine facing it) there is a tag with all the info including the serial #. You can take that info and then call the dealer to get whatever specs you want.
