after reading other posts i figure my right drive needs to come out.do i need to disconect any thing inside to get it to come out?

Right drive? you are talking drive motor? or pump?
The motors are 3 hoses and 4 bolts, the pump is a little harder.
If its only the motor, there is nothing inside holding it on, it just has a shaft with splines at the end that simply pull out with the motor, very easy. Ensure you replace the O ring on the inside end of the motor where it seals. If it leaks you will get hydraulic oil leaking into your chain case.

If you're writing about removing your drive motor, no.
Remove the cover between the tires, disconnect the hoses and pull it straight out. You'll want to plug the small hose to keep all your oil from draining out, and you want to make sure you remove the motor mounting bolts, not the bolts holding the motor together.
Good Luck

also someone already replaced the drive motor and it has smaller hoses going to it than the left side. left has 3/4 inch right1/2.right side is slower and starts jumping after a few minutes of use.

Thetool - sorry :)
The hoses could indeed be an issue with causing a restriction so less flow and more heat. Not sure what could be causing the jumping, it sort of sounds like something is slipping. Hopefully its something simple though. You can always pull the motor down and check the internals aren't scored or broken. Does it do it forward and reverse? Do the levers feel like something is biting at them?
