Anyone here have a good way to set one of these up when not in use? It's a pain to get it down on block & safely set up, especially by myself.
I set it on cynder block, 1 on each side of the quick attach & 1 in the center where the boom swivels. I have to get on & off to reposition all of them because of the way it attaches.
I was thinking about welding up a 3 point support for the frame that would be tailored to it in a way that it would set in/on & not slide off.

Thank you!

I have a 607 and it sits outside covered under a tarp all year around. I made a 2'x2' pad out of 2x6s PT lumber for the bucket portion and another 6' wide x 2' deep pad for backhoe base. I used PT 2x4s to tie the 2x6s together with screws. The 2x4s are in contact with pavement and allow for drainage so 2x6s aren't wet all the time. This allows the backhoe to sit around 3" off the ground. The whole assembly sits relatively stable as the back supports are tied together.
