bobcat 15c auger leaking

friend of mine got a real good deal on a bobcat auger, it's leaking around where the bit connects. any idea what i need to rebuild, what parts and where to get them? i can't imagine it being too hard to fix. any input is welcome

I think there's a shaft seal kit for the power unit.

There is a seal kits for it. Make sure the nose cone isn't cracked. they'll need to know the shaft size. There should be a seriel number on the auger that can track that down.

Not hard to put a seal kit in them. look the output shaft over closely though they are known for breaking the output shaft off.
