553 leaking from pump after steering linkage adjustment

Got a 553 that after adjusting the steering linkage ran fine then a couple days later noticed hydraulic oil puddle and it seems to be from the back end of the front side of the pump if that makes sense.. not sure whats causing this maybe just time to reseal the pump??

Follow the rod that you adjusted, it will lead to the pump

You have 2 rods: 1 for left and 1 for right

There are seals underneath the mechanism that engages the valves

This is a common issue, if you over adjusted it may cause extra wear on seal

Sweet il check it out i was thinking might have to rebuild the pump as I felt hydraulic oil between the 2 halves of the pump
