i have a bob cat 610 just the other day the hydrolics started acting up. when i raise or tilt the bucket is bogs down the motor. let off the control and the motor revs back up then it does it again when i attempt it again. changed the fluid and filter and have the same issues. any help appreciated.

just lift and tilt the drive system is not hydrolic
Check the mechanical spark advance in the bottom of the distributor and check the governor for loose linkage or springs also. The spark advance on them does rust up and stick.

i am going to start with fixing all the leaky cylinders

got the boging of the engine fixed. still has the hydroilic issue when you try to raise the boom or tilt it will raise a little then stop. let off the pedal and push again it willraise a little more.

The Aux hydraulics aren't stuck on are they?

no they are not. i checked the master release valve and the clutch release valve. also the aux hydrolics don't work well
i am getting a lot of foam in the hydraukic tank.i think it is the pump. any help. should i put a rebuild kit in or new pump?

You have done everything i would. Not sure where to try next.
Almost sounds like a restriction somewhere. Are there any hidden filters in the system? A restriction will cause foam, but i can't see it bogging the system down as much as you are talking about.... That sounds like a restriction in the high pressure side, just not sure where. It would have to be a pretty big piece to block up a line so much as it bogs the engine down.
There was a post a few years back with someone working on a machine that had a reg plugging pushed into a fitting, not sure how someone missed it, but it was huge and totally plugged a fitting.
