That has to be a damn good short there, I'd like to try pulling the relays in the fuse box, try turning the key and see if it doesn't blow, re-install relays one by one till you hopefully find it. If you know what line has the short, you stand a abtter chance of finding where it is.
I'd like to think a dead short like that would be fairly easy to find
