Battery light stays on in my Thomas 135s.

Hello all I'm new to this site and need a little help. My battery light is staying on and i've changed my battery and still it stays on. Wondering if it might be the alternator thats causing this problem or something else. Also wondering if anyone with the same skidsteer would have the proper manuals for this machine. I've downloaded some info but the closest i get from the site is for the 135 T or the 105. Thanks

I'd start by checking that the alternator is charging the battery correctly, its totally possible its the reason the light is on. Could be as simple as worn brushes.
