863 bobcat aux line problem,help

i have a '02? 863 bobcat,and the serial number is a 514451298.only one of the aux lines deliver oil psi to the connections on front of the arm,for post hole digger ect. i have cked the voltage at the unworking circuit,to the solinoid and its 9.68 volts under load,i also switched the coil from another 863 that i know works,and no go. then i switched the valve itself,w/ a unit that worked fine,and its clicking,while engaging the switch on the rh handle,but no oil psi to the line.i had the lines diconnected too. the other flows great. im lost at this point. any ideas? im new to the site,but im sure im gonna be here a lot,thanks for any help in advance! mike at [email protected]

Try switching the coils from one stem on the hyd valve to the other (swap them) if that changes nothing, then swap the stem the coil slides over and see if anything changes.
The nut that holds the coil on is NOT to be torqued. Anything much over finger tight can distort the stem and prevent the needle that slides inside it from moving. As can a tiny piece of dirt. Don't drop or bang or anything them, handle like glass. Give that a go and let us know.

You may have a broken centering spring on the aux spool.Undo the end caps on the top spool and check if a spring is broken.There are 2 springs on each end of the aux spool.

you guys will have to understand,im not an hydro expert,lol. does the solinoids direct fluid to the aux spool,and move it to control the aux fluid to the line out front? i just dont know which spool is the aux to ck the springs.i like that idea,..spring damaged?,i have changed the coils and control valve,whic i cleaned and ck'ed,seem to work.does anyone have a pic of the system? i will dig further today on the old girl,i really would like to get her going soon. looks like its time for a repair manual...is there a good place to get one reasonable? thanks for all your replys,very quick....great site.

This one is a trap and I have seen an sparky take a day to try and find this prob,not realising that it was't an electrical prob.
