I am working on a Case 85 XT and the machine won't unlock and the bucket won't go up or down? I was told it might be the Pump bilted to the engine could be gone?
It could be the pump, or it could be a safety interlock issue. I don't know these machines, but it may have a seat bar or seat switch that will lock you out of functions.
