773 aux hydraulics inop

just hooked up a rock hound. tried the aux hydraulics and nothing happens. the two green lights will not come on and the switch on the left stick does nothing. checked the accesory fuses in the engine compartment and they're all good. do those accessory fuses in the engine compartment control the aux hydraulics? could it be from low hyd fliud level? the hydraulics operate the bucket just fine. need someones help here, thanks in advance. the skid steer is a '96 model, C series

i forgot to mention that everything in that right side upper console to include the aux hyd button and lights is dead, voltage, water temp, hour meter and fuel level. so i'm thinking it's something to do with that. please guys, i need your help. i rented the rock hound and i hate paying for a tool i wont get to use. thanks in advance.
