753 hydraulics

the hoe that I am mounting on my 753 was on a 610 that used atf, does the fluid have to be drained after being mixed? what types of fluid do I use, the other farm machines use universal tractor fluid, ie a hydraulic and rearend type of fluid, somewhere around a 30 weight any thoughts on this.........

I personally would drain the fluid, i'd rather not have ATF running through my system.
Your machine should use engine oil grade, 15W40, 20W50 etc.
