753 Fuse panel location

I'm trying to get my headlights working on my early 90's model 753. Can't locate any fuses. Any help?

Yep 2" by 6" door

Maybe I'm wrong on the date but I'm pretty positive it's a 90's model. There's no door between my legs anywhere. I took the switch box loose as well as the box on the right side just in case they were hid away there. Any other ideas? I have the seat out and these nothing under or behind the seat.

Hmmm no door 2" by 6" by or feet.,... ok look under the air cleaner
