743b blowing fuse on start up

I have a 743b that blows the fuse after the engine starts and the key released. I have replaced the starter as it was dragging, but still have the same problem. Any thoughts?

Try disconnecting the engine stop solenoid on the engine. Pull the lever back and hold it in place with a cable tie, try starting it and see if the fuse goes again. If it doesn't, the solenoid is shorted.
