743 wont start fuel related

i have good fuel to the injector pump, but im not sure how much pressure it needs at the injector? i unscrewed the cap but when i crank it jus t putlsate's a little drop

Open up the bleeder by the injection pump and pump the ball while cranking the shut the valve after running......have you changed the filter or emtyed the water seperator?

Open the bleeder on top of the filter first get the air out there then move to the bleeder

Without an injector on the line, there will just be a little drip when cranking, you need an injector on the end to get a spray. The pump puts out i believe about 5,000 PSI, maybe a little more.
As antfarmer has said, open the bleeder and pump the hand primer till you can't feel any bubbles, air you can generally hear it running through lthe lines if you listen carefully. When done, close up the bleeder screw and you should be ok.
Just how much smoke are you getting? Ensure the aux hydraulics aren't stuck on too, it will load the engine down so much as it will not start.

Do you know where the two bleeders are if it was running and you ran it out of gas have to get all the air out

Did the problem just start one day? or have you had this problem since you got the machine?
While spinning, get someone to spray a little WD40 into the air cleaner, see if it will start.
I'm wondering if the comression is a little low. You may be able to help with it by adjusting the valve clearance. If there isn't enough clearance, the compression will be low. From memory it should be between .007 and .009.
