Just bought a 355 tennant sweeper with 1.6 ford engine. The sweeper has an electric governor no Throttle. Is there a way to hook up a throttle or do I have to switch out the manual governor and carburetor off the 642? Any help would be appreciated Thanks

A governor on a skid steer is actually a good thing. You just set the RPM where you want it, and the governor keeps it at that RPM.
That being said, If your bobcat had the 1.6 Ford originally the needed parts should swap over. If your engine suffered a catostrophic end and you need the original intake, clean the intake before installing on your new engine( metal chucks and debri)
