Hello, I'm new to the forum. I just purchased a 2012 gehl 5640E with 3000 hrs. so my question is at wide open throttle there is a vibration that feels like its coming from under the seat. It doesn't start doing it until its almost full throttle. Could that possible be a sign of the pump starting to fail? Or a lose pan or shield? to me it sounds like metal vibrating. When I get time I will look more into it. But I'm nervous its the pump. any help on this would be great thank you

It seems that a pump problem would make noise all the time and vary the frequency with rpm. It sounds more like harmonics are causing a pan or shield to vibrate, as you suspect. Not uncommon, just go around tapping things with a hammer handle until you find a loose one, or just go around with some wrenches and sockets and make sure thing are snug.

I messed with it today for a while and found one engine mount very loose. replaced the bolt and thought I had the problem fixed, Guess again, I did notice more bolts missing from the pan under it.. But I didn't not have the correct size for them. So I'll keep tightening things up as I find them. Is there a web sight that I could order parts from? I cant seem to find any. thanks

found the problem today. It was the skid plates underneath the skid steer. To me I think its a bad design, with only 2 bolts holding them tight. Allowing the other end to vibrate. Si placed a thin piece of rubber in-between the skid plate and bolted it back up and it fixed it.

Good deal that it was a simple fix, and not something expensive.
For sourcing parts there should be lots of sites, but wording search terms can be problematic. The best thing to do would be to get the parts manual here and use the OEM numbers for searching.
