333g high idle

When I start my 333g the engine goes to 2000rpm and the throttle rheostat and foot pedal have no control. Advice please, thanks

if I was to GUESS, I would say that the foot control would be the culprit because of moisture and dirt on the floor contaminating that rheostat. the other manual hand control is somewhat shielded from dirt and moisture off the floor.
