My one track is adjusted all the way out, where the other track is only on it's second bolt. Both tracks have 80% tread. Any thoughts why the one track would be soooo stretched out? And is there any way to get any more adjustment out of it once your at bolt three, and backed all the way out. Man you wouldn't think these tracks could stretch that much.

Makes me wonder if the steel cords in the track have broke, or if one of the idler is not in the correct location (bad bearing maybey) so that the circumfrence of the track frame has been reduced.

Cat dealers won't tell you this, but you can flip the adjuster 180 degrees and get a little more out of it. Once that's done, your screwed. Time for a new one.
