i am trying to reassemble a 287b for my employer. the last mechanic left it in complete disarray. my current problem as of many is the hydraulic arm/boom will not rise up. i have tested the pressure on the main pump with the bucket in full tilt up with high idle holding tilt up. the pressure should read 3336 +/- 100 psi. i have it go as high as 2115 psi and cuts out. i think it throws a code by kicking on the Emergency brake and seat belt light on. i'm looking for possible avenues to look to start fixing problem. any help will be great.
