You can also try to flush out the radiator and oil cooler. Sometimes the fins get clogged with dirt/mud/trash/wood chips etc.

Unplug solenoid on fan motor . Should make fan run full speed. That will tell if it is electric problem.it will throw a code when you unplug it If it doesn't go full speed you have a hydraulic problem.most likely motor. Could be a sticking spool in solonid stem
