Hi to all, we have problems when travel in creeper speed with the cutter in operation, we have done several tests bench on the travel motors and with the hydraulic temperature of 85 ° Centigrade, there is no leakage. Despite repeated checks on both the solenoids of the pumps and the motors, the machine tends to stop (travel), after half an hour of work. Have any of you had similar experiences? any suggestions?

I moved this to the Cat forum where it's more likely to be seen by people familiar with this model.

Need to have throttle position sensor calibrated. Have to hook up with computer.also calbrate pump and motors

Of course all the calibrations have been made accurately, you know that in Creeper speed the sensors on the travel motors do pick up the rpm in speeds 1-2e3 and the current is 0.69 / 0.70 ma. When the asphalt is milled, it never goes beyond the third speed in creeper. I believe that the problem derives from the excessive overheating of the hydraulic oil that over 80 degrees, it loses viscosity and therefore there is an excessive leakage. What do you think?. Thank Cesare

How hot is oil? I agree that if amperage doesn't change if should not slow down .
