2012 TR270 Quick Attach control functional loss & slow operation of bucket

Hello. My Case TR270 was barrowed by a friend for only a few hours, but after getting it back I noted the hydraulic quick attach would no longer open/close th attachment pins when boom is bottomed out and pushed for boom lowering. The attachment pins still move, although slower than normal, when the joy stick is pinned for bucket up tilt. (The quick attach function should open/close attachment pins when the hydraulic control function for bucket or boom is activated AFTER full movement of function has been completed.) The other symptom/failure I noted is the bucket tilt function is at least 40-50% slower than it was previously. The Boom function seems normal. Boom lift power does not seem to have diminished. Hydraulic filter has only 200 hours on it and the fluid show no visible signs of foaming can be noted in the sight glass for hydraulic fluid level check. The machine has only 750 hours on it and has been meticulously maintained. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
